On behalf of FESSH, we are excited to welcome you to our first Advanced Course in Hand Surgery. The course is focused on arthroplasty of the hand and wrist and we have a very experienced faculty from around Europe. The course is aimed at established surgeons and will include tips and tricks to prepare you to add these procedures to your practice.

An added value to such a course is the professional network you may be relying on in the future through your contact with our faculty and fellow attendees.

The course will include four two hour cadlab sessions for each delegate, with additional small group discussion of indications for surgery, technical tips, rehabilitation and a discussion of how to manage complications.

• thumb - interposition and total joint replacement
• PIP joint silicone and total joint arthroplasty
• ulna head replacement
• wrist replacement arthroplasty

The 2022 FESSH Academy / Advanced Course, Budapest, Hungary, 28/10/2022-30/10/2022 has been accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) with 16 European CME credits (ECMEC®s). Each medical specialist should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.
