The applicant should be member in her/his national hand society and have minimum 5 years of experience in hand surgery OR an EBHS diploma.

You can apply for the special registration fee through your National Hand Society contacting the FESSH delegate of your country: fessh.com/national-delegates. Applicants must be member of their National Hand Society. The number of special registrations is limited.

Registration key will be sent to you by the organizers to register with special registration fee. The deadline for registration and payment for FESSH reduced fees is 1 September 2022.

Please be aware that the number of participants are very limited and standard registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Deadline for payment of standard fees is 10 October 2022. Your registration will be valid when the registration fee has been paid. Please read the pre-requisites carefully before registering.

How to register

Special registration till 15 September 2021

FESSH offers special registration fee for members of national hand societies in limited number. The national hand society can select and recommend these participants to FESSH Management Office. FESSH Management Office invites these colleagues in email, sending along the link for the registration form.

Standard registration after 15 September 2021

Available seats for the course will be offered to all interested at a standard fee of EUR 400 from 15 September 2021 when registration form will be public here.

Online payment

Online payment is available with VISA, VISA Electron, V-Pay, MasterCard, Maestro and JCB cards only. Upon finishing your registration you will be redirected to the secured online payment site of K&H Bank Zrt.

Invoicing

Taxable invoice will be issued on all incoming payments. Invoices will be prepared for the customer name indicated on the registration form. Please note that the Congress Secretariat will not modify the customer name on issued invoices so please take care of the right billing address when you fill in the registration form.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations should be sent in written form to Asszisztencia Kft.

Cancellation of registration: In case of a cancellation no refund is possible however substitution in person is always acceptable. In case the event needs to be postponed due to the pandemic situation, the registration fees already paid will be valid for the new dates of the event. If the news dates are not suitable, 100% repayment will be offered.

No show up cases

The organizers take efforts to run a successfull conference. Based on the list of registrants and order status conference services will be provided in sufficient numbers. Please take into consideration that after deadlines some conference materials and meals or hotel rooms cannot be cancelled or resold and therefore no refund is available.
